PAMELA

(Program of Artists and Entourage Support)

STRASBOURG MUSIC WEEK is more than just a festival.
Alongside the professional convention, we support artists and their teams through a dedicated development programme: PAMELA.

PAMELA offers a slow-meeting approach tailored to the needs of artists, helping them develop their careers. Through pitch sessions, professional workshops and meetings with music industry experts, we provide tools and opportunities to support their growth.

Are you passionate about music? Whether you're a student, an amateur, or a professional—regardless of your level of activity or involvement—you'll find your place in the vibrant, eclectic, and festive network that is STRASBOURG MUSIC WEEK !

We offer 3 key formats and a cross-border exchange programme (reserved for artists, bookers and artist teams upon registration):

PITCH SESSIONS : 30-minute exchanges between an artist, their team and music industry professionals.

MATCHMAKINGS : Professional matchmakings take the form of 15-minute one-to-one meetings, organised in 1.5 to 2-hour sessions. They are designed to encourage focused, practical and high-quality exchanges between venue bookers / promoters /festival organisers and bookers or artistic project leaders.

XCHANGE : This programme aims to strengthen connections between students, newcomers and music professionals, facilitating access to careers in the music sector.
It brings together students and young professionals from France, Germany and Belgium, who will meet at Strasbourg Music Week in May 2026. Participants will have the opportunity to meet industry experts, explore music education and funding opportunities, and gain insight into employment challenges and career opportunities in each country.
The programme encourages cross-border cooperation while supporting the development of young talents and emerging professionals in music and its related fields.

WORKSHOPS : In 2026, we continue our collaboration with Plateforme Artefact through the following workshop:
Public Listening Session
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 – 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Through this development programme, we provide artists, bookers, students and young professionals with strategic advice, access to professional networks and visibility opportunities to help maximise their impact.
