A 5-step program for stakeholders in the pop music sector of the Greater Region

Within the popular and contemporary music sector, a significant gap remains in understanding the mechanisms of neighboring euro-region markets. This situation not only hinders the dissemination of artists but also limits their development and ability to adapt to an increasingly globalized environment. Although geographically close, the euro-region markets remain fragmented due to cultural, administrative, and logistical differences. In response to this issue, we firmly believe that it is imperative to merge the existing support initiatives in our field and region. Our goal is to create a coherent and structured framework that can genuinely strengthen the skills of both newcomers and the most established players in pop music sector.

To achieve this, the Mobilipop project proposes an innovative and collaborative approach. We are envisioning the creation of a comprehensive support and training program, currently partially developed by our networks like GRABUGE network in Grand Est region), but which requires expansion and synergy with other local and euro-regional initiatives. This approach will combine theoretical training with practical, on-the-ground experiences, allowing artists and professionals to benefit from in-depth expertise and ongoing support. The aim is to provide these stakeholders with all the necessary opportunities to thrive sustainably and to develop a stable economic model for their activities in this region.

Furthermore, we place a particular emphasis on practical field experiences, with a structured 5-step export pathway. These experiences will allow us to test and refine support and dissemination strategies, while also creating networking opportunities and fostering international cooperation :
