Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) are tasked with the collection and collective management of authors' rights. In this complex administrative landscape with various ramifications, our speakers will provide insightful perspectives on their roles and functions on a cross-border scale.
To enhance the management of authors' rights, methods of identification and exploitation of repertoires are implemented. Could they be improved by involving stakeholders? Could their exploitation be stimulated in a cross-territorial manner? Attempts to address these vital and essential challenges for the sustainability of artists will be discussed.
