Caroline is a graduate of the Academy of Journalism and Media in Neuchâtel in 2017, she spent six years working at the regional radio station RFJ, located in the Jura region.
She then had the opportunity to become the station manager of GRRIF, a private music and culture radio station based in Delémont.

GRRIF is a French-speaking Swiss private radio station, launched on March 20, 2012, and based in Delémont, in the canton of Jura. It is part of the BNJ Suisse SA group, which also includes the stations RFJ, RTN, and RJB.

GRRIF stands out with its eclectic and refined music programming, covering genres such as rock, electro, indie, reggae, hip-hop, soul, and blues. It draws from a catalog spanning the past 70 years. The station maintains a free and offbeat tone, aiming to offer an alternative to traditional regional radio stations.

Originally broadcast on FM in the Jura Arc (from Boncourt to Yverdon), GRRIF has also been available on DAB+ across all of French-speaking Switzerland since April 2014. It is accessible via streaming on its website and through a dedicated mobile app.
GRRIF is part of the BNJ Suisse SA media group, based in French-speaking Switzerland. This group also owns the radio stations RFJ, RTN, and RJB, and is mainly active in the Jura Arc and the Neuchâtel region.
