Strasbourg Music Week WORKSHOP – Writing a Compelling Artist Bio

Only for Pro pass Réservé aux artistes
Strasbourg Plateforme Artefact, Plateforme Artefact
2h00
Production : Diffusion Prod

What should a bio include? How long should it be? And why is it a must-have?

This workshop offers some key insights and helps identify common mistakes to avoid when writing those few lines – catchy, illuminating – that tell the story of the artist you are. Through examples of artist bios, participants will be invited to discuss the content of their own biographies to make progress on their writing.

The workshop is split into two sessions: after an initial exchange and writing phase, the second meeting will focus on reviewing and refining the texts to craft a bio that truly shines.
