Committed to the launching in 2007 of L’Autre Canal, in Nancy/France, Jean-Christophe GERARD had then been commissioned to foster through a relevant networking, cross-boarding initiatives within neighbouring euro regions. He is now assigned to externally pursue similar missions at a european level to, on behalf of GRABUGE.

Mobility Project Manager (Cross-border, International and European Outreach Department - Grand Est Région)

As Mobility Project Manager in the Grand Est Region, she ensures the internal coordination of youth mobility schemes and actions with the various departments concerned and  participates in the running of the Grand Est Regional Committee for Cross-Border, European and International Youth Mobility (COREMOB). She informs regional stakeholders about European programs dedicated to mobility and cooperation and supports the setting up and management of projects as part of her missions as Erasmus+ Program Developer.

Florian Sczesny (GER)

Florian Sczesny is a German founder, artist and songwriter, with over 10 years of professional experience in the cultural industry.

In addition to a multi-year engagement at BMG Rights Management as author & composer (e.g. Yvonne Catterfeld), numerous studio productions, international live concerts (e.g. EMMA6) and extensive experience as a concept developer and project manager (e.g. Music Moves Europe), he founded an innovation & event agency called KULTUR & VERGNÜGEN in 2023. Together with co-founder Jonas Putzer, an accomplished event specialist, KULTUR & VERGNÜGEN aims at bringing fresh ideas and young culture to companies and organizations. With the goal of self-determined advocacy for an open and sustainable society, Putzer & Sczesny are passionate about promoting cultural diversity & innovative ways of thinking and connecting people through shared experiences.

Before dedicating his life completely to the creation and promotion of culture, Sczesny worked briefly as a teacher (2nd state exam & Master of Education) and studied business administration. On a voluntary basis, Sczesny also created the campaign "Kultureller Wiederaufbau im Ahrtal'' and participated intensively in the campaign "Rettet die Popkultur", which was awarded the APPLAUS Award.

Following a Master's degree in European Studies at the Université Paris 3 Sorbonne Nouvelle, I've been working for the Interreg Grande Région program for the past 4 years. I'm bilingual (French/German) and live on the border.

For over 30 years, the Interreg Grande Région program has supported cross-border cooperation between local and regional partners in the Grande Région. The program is co-financed by the European Union and implemented by 11 partner authorities in the border regions of Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg. For the period 2021-2027, the program has a budget of almost 182 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to finance projects that will make the Grande Région greener, more social, closer to citizens and endowed with better governance.

Martha Gutiérrez

Relais Culture Europe

Martha Gutiérrez trained as a lawyer. She initially worked in the field of territorial development. She now works at Relais Culture Europe as head of the Culture strand of the European Union's Creative Europe programme. Her main remit is to support French cultural players in their efforts to transform their cultural and European practices in response to major social changes. Prior to this position, she worked for the Interministerial Delegation for Territorial Development and Competitiveness.

Small project manager at Interreg Grande Région for over 2 years. 
I'm a graduate of the Franco-German course at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg (i.B.) and Sciences Po Aix. I have a Masters in Applied Political Science from Freiburg and a Masters 2 in European Project Engineering

Anaïs Ortlieb (Fr)

Région Grand Est

Anaïs Ortlieb works in the Direction du rayonnement transfrontalier, international et européen of the Région Grand Est in Strasbourg. She is responsible for cooperation, the region's 6 Interreg programmes and coordinating the Month of Europe.
