Nicolas Lefèvre will take over as Director of LE FAIR on September 8, 2025. A true advocate of artistic creation and knowledge sharing, he has made artist support the guiding thread of his career. After more than ten years on stage as a songwriter, composer, performer, and producer, he has spent over twenty years dedicated to the professional development of artists. As head of La Cave aux Poètes in Roubaix for more than a decade, he has actively supported the emergence and diversity of contemporary music.
His appointment at FAIR follows in the footsteps of Julien Soulié, who successfully adapted the program to the evolving music industry while preserving its core mission: supporting emerging artists and helping them structure their careers.
Since its creation, FAIR has supported over 500 artists who have gone on to become key figures in the music scene, including IAM, Louise Attaque, M, Christine and the Queens, Jain, Feu! Chatterton, Eddy de Pretto, and Zaho de Sagazan. With his hands-on experience and committed vision, Nicolas Lefèvre aims to continue and strengthen this essential role in supporting the next generation of artists.
