10:00–10:30 – WISER explains music synchronization : Understanding the basics, the challenges and the opportunities.

10:30–11:00 – LE FAIR : A national programme dedicated to talent scouting and professional support, LE FAIR supports emerging artists in contemporary music each year in developing their projects and careers.

11:00–11:30 – LE CHAINON MANQUANT : A professional network dedicated to the circulation and promotion of live performing arts across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Canada.

Pierre Alexandre BLANC (FR)

Associate Artistic Director, Wiser

Pierre A. Blanc is Associate Director of Wiser Records & Publishing, where he oversees label and publishing activities. With over 17 years of international experience, he has developed strong expertise in A&R, music programming, and promotional strategies. He has also supported numerous projects through the French Music Export Office, contributing to their international reach.

Through Wiseband, a company that has supported artists and labels for over 15 years, he contributed to the creation of Wiser Records—a label designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s music industry. Working across production, publishing, sync, and digital marketing, he promotes a comprehensive approach to artist development.

Committed to an independent model, Pierre A. Blanc supports artists in building sustainable careers, offering both creative freedom and strategic guidance. He values a human-scale approach, with close attention to the unique identity of each project.

The Wiser Records roster, intentionally balanced and diverse, reflects this commitment to equality and artistic plurality. Through its demanding and internationally oriented positioning, he contributes to the emergence of ambitious projects aligned with the contemporary challenges of the music industry

Marine NEDJAM (FR)

Sync Agent at Wiser Records

Marine Nedjam is a Sync Agent at Wiser Records. She began her career in advertising strategy before moving into A&R within music production. Today, she uses her expertise to identify emerging talent and develop synchronization opportunities for artists.

At Wiser Records, she helps connect artists with relevant audiovisual projects, expanding the reach of their music into new territories. She is part of the broader Wiseband ecosystem, which has supported artists and labels for over 15 years in distributing and monetizing their music across digital platforms and physical formats.

Wiser Records embodies an independent and international vision of artist development, offering a comprehensive approach that includes production, publishing, sync, and digital marketing. Marine contributes to building tailored strategies for each project, from creation to release.

Committed to a human-centered and forward-thinking approach, she works within a label that values diversity, gender balance, and artistic uniqueness, with a roster spanning pop, rock, electronic, and alternative music.

Nicolas LEFEVRE (FR)

Director of Le FAIR

Nicolas Lefèvre will take over as Director of LE FAIR on September 8, 2025. A true advocate of artistic creation and knowledge sharing, he has made artist support the guiding thread of his career. After more than ten years on stage as a songwriter, composer, performer, and producer, he has spent over twenty years dedicated to the professional development of artists. As head of La Cave aux Poètes in Roubaix for more than a decade, he has actively supported the emergence and diversity of contemporary music.

His appointment at FAIR follows in the footsteps of Julien Soulié, who successfully adapted the program to the evolving music industry while preserving its core mission: supporting emerging artists and helping them structure their careers.

Since its creation, FAIR has supported over 500 artists who have gone on to become key figures in the music scene, including IAM, Louise Attaque, M, Christine and the Queens, Jain, Feu! Chatterton, Eddy de Pretto, and Zaho de Sagazan. With his hands-on experience and committed vision, Nicolas Lefèvre aims to continue and strengthen this essential role in supporting the next generation of artists.

Eric WOLFF (FR)

Le relais Culturel Haguenau

Éric Wolff is a committed cultural professional who has been actively involved for several years in the development and structuring of artistic projects at the territorial level. His career reflects a strong interest in networking cultural stakeholders, with particular attention to access to culture and support for artistic creation.

As Director of the Relais Culturel de Haguenau, he leads a key cultural venue for Northern Alsace, dedicated to the presentation of live performance and cultural outreach. The venue offers a multidisciplinary program (theatre, music, dance, youth programming) and develops numerous mediation initiatives that foster connections between artists and local communities.

He also heads the CRMA (Pop Music Resource Center) of Haguenau, which supports artists and project leaders through advisory services, training programs, and networking opportunities, actively contributing to the development of Northern Alsace pop music 's territory.

In addition, Éric Wolff serves as President of the Chainon Manquant Grand Est network, which brings regionally together around 30 cultural organizations engaged in the dissemination of live performance.
Le Chainon Manquant is a national network dedicated to the dissemination of live performance, bringing together nearly 300 cultural multidisciplinary venues across France. It identifies and supports emerging artists in order to foster their circulation throughout the country, relying on a network of theatres and cultural institutions committed to seasonal programming.
Each year, the network organizes a major national festival in Laval, presenting around 70 to 75 performances across approximately twenty venues. The program is multidisciplinary, including theatre, dance, music (including contemporary music), circus, street arts, comedy and young audiences.
Upstream, professional meetings and regional showcases known as “Régions en Scène” are organized within each regional federation. These events act as springboards for the dissemination of projects and serve as a key selection stage for part of the national festival’s programming.
