Stéphanie Gembarsky (FR)

Stéphanie Gembarski has been active in the contemporary music sector for around twenty years, working across project and venue management as well as supporting industry stakeholders. 

Since 2014—while having remained connected to it throughout her career—she has been involved with Fédélima, and since 2019 she has been more specifically engaged in issues related to equality, diversity, and artistic and cultural practices.

She is responsible for all matters related to equality and diversity in pop music, as well as issues linked to artistic and cultural practices (amateur practices, arts education, cultural initiatives, and young audiences).
