SAUDADE EXPERIMENT + OUAI STEPHANE + HIHEME

With its third ep, entitled "(Got) Everything to Shine" released on Humpty Dumpty, Saudade Experiment writes a new chapter in its history.

The band led by Junior Bokele, finalist of the Circuit Contest in Brussels in December 2018, offers a universe of its own, tinged with groove, soul and jazz totally inspired by the stage, the live, living the music for Saudade Experiment, is to let what is written, lyrics and compositions, decant, play and understand what emanates from the atmosphere, from the concept in order to be able to really adhere to it and give it a new dimension.
This is what Junior calls "food for your soul"!

 

HIHEME (aka Donia Touglo) is a singer, actress and performer who creates as many worlds as those to which she belongs.

Of West African origin, with a German education, she writes her lyrics in Ewe, English, German, French and Spanish and in the language of her soul.
She describes her music as a "soul infused world jam".
Alongside her music career, she has started permaculture projects "Agbelenko Garden" in Togo and is dedicated to a very personal holistic process of awareness and well-being. All this is reflected in her music and in a first solo album that has just been released.

The enigmatic Ouai Stéphane has finally shared the video of his one and only track, Ouai, first extract of the Ouai EP: a 6-minute trip that finds a clever balance between first and second degrees dressed by a video using the hypnotic potential of an underground escalator.

If everything starts as an ambient track, it is to better launch the cavalry with all that it implies of wild drums, aggressive synths and dark basses. This doesn't seem to bother this impassive moustachioed man and his goldfish who haunt the video with his presence.
