Aïcha supports the design and implementation of cultural projects by combining strategic vision, a sense of innovation, and a human-centered approach. With over 15 years of experience in festivals, institutions, and hybrid structures, she has developed a cross-disciplinary expertise in cultural project management, covering every stage: artistic production, governance, audience engagement, budget management, human resources, and partnership development.

An open-air festival, Au Grès du Jazz champions musical creation and supports artists. Every summer, its programming showcases the full diversity of jazz, featuring internationally renowned musicians as well as emerging talents.
Alongside the major concerts, a wide range of free-access events is offered, allowing everyone to soak in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the festival, in a setting where music resonates with the rhythm of nature.

More than just a summer event, Au Grès du Jazz is also a genuine community-based project. Located in a rural area, it builds connections throughout the year through collaborations with local organizations in the Northern Vosges, actively contributing to the cultural vitality of the region.
