How can we move beyond opposition and foster intergenerational collaboration in the workplace?
Only for Pro pass
Strasbourg Espace K, Espace K
2h00
Production : Diffusion Prod

Between long-established professional habits that have shaped the industry, the growing focus on quality of life and working conditions, and the increasing emphasis on ethical and social justice issues in our professions, our work environment is evolving.

This workshop invites participants to go beyond assumed generational divides and engage in a fun, interactive exchange around these key issues.

The goal: Explore how to work together today while considering everyone’s realities, perspectives, and habits, to build a sustainable and attractive professional sector for all.
